Return and Cancel Policy
- You can cancel your subscription and receive a refund by completing a cancellation form, provided that you have not accessed any lesson videos or notes, excluding the trial lesson.
- Cancellation is not permitted after your subscription has been active for more than one week.
- Subscribers with Notes-only plans are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellation does not apply to subscriptions initiated once the content for Test 2 or the Final has been added to the site.
- The subscription is valid only for the specified period chosen during registration and will automatically terminate at the end of this period.
- You may change your subscription to another course of the same price and duration within one week of the initial subscription date.
Delivery and shipping policy
We don't ship anything. Our content is all online. You can access it from our website or have it delivered to your email once you have completed the payment procedure.
